Anyone have any experience/opinion on this L300V?

You know, I really like this phrase "punches above its weight" as well.  Hadn't heard that before I seen FloridaGull, use it.  Very great term for Cort's stuff and most of Godin's stuff.  Although, some of Godin's stuff is starting to cost, imho, what it's worth now and not so much "above its weight."

Talking to my guitar store guy about the Yamaha bass guitar today.  As we're chatting, I ask him about the Cort, if it's still there. 

He says, "Ya, and it's been here for too long.  It's a great guitar, everybody that tries it loves it, but that Cort name is just not big enough for them to pull the trigger on it.  Even with it's fantastic sound, playability, solid tone woods (solid Adirondack top and bracing! Solid hog back!) etc., they always go with the brand names instead, even if it's an inferior guitar.  It's weird.  Anyways, I got a bit of a rebate from Cort on an order so I'm offering you and couple of other good customers a cost deal on it so I can get a different guitar on the wall.  It's been there long enough.  You can have it for 399.00 if you want."

I'm like......Whatnow??    So this guitar went from 659.00, to once he offered it to me for 500.00, then 450.00 a few weeks ago and now it's at rock bottom 399.00.  This is not good.  Where could I get a brand new solid adi top and solid hog back, 1.75" nut width, open gear genuine Grover tuners guitar with quality Fishman pickup for 400 bucks??!! 

Rolled up my change, I got 225 bucks just in change.  GAS gravity and my inability to resist a stellar deal is pulling, .... hard!  Will sleep on it, but I have a funny feeling I know where I'm going tomorrow.

TonyKgull , Somewhere in the past, have had a Cort Guitar or two, very good quality and nice to play, can't remember the models.
On last trip to local guitar shop, last week, they had a new delivery of two or three Cort Guitars, didn't look what model they were, will check out on next visit.
 ( Be aware, very aware of , frying pans).  😂

Umm...  That's fits into the "Too Good To Pass Up" category!
