slowpoke , I use the TC Harmonizer on my solo gigs also and often get the same reaction: "How are you doing those harmonies?"
freemankeller , I hear what you're saying, and sometimes a forum just isn't a right fit. That's a decision only you can make. I have to say that I prefer a group that isn't deadly serious and only deadly serious about their topic of choice, and is willing to engage in the occasional jest (sometimes at their own expense). But, as ladyssolo said in response to you, I also enjoyed reading your posts and thought the guitars that you showed looked fantastic. But yes, as Greg Ballantyne pointed out, the Cabin was put together largely by refugees from old AGM Seagull group, and so there is a certain fondness for Godin here, although you'll also find plenty of criticism of Godin as well. But there's been lots of talk of other brands here as well -- and we'd welcome people talking about them.
Greg Ballantyne , I agree -- there's some interesting data in the members list, and some interesting hypotheses we can make as a result of looking at the figures. For instance, clicking on the "Last Online" column to sort that out, I see that only 28 members have been on the site in the last week (though as you point out, others, like slowpoke , may visit the site but not log in unless they want to post). But by the time we're at the bottom of the first page of members, we're already back to a "Last Online" date of March, and a full 49 members have a last online date in July of 2016, which was the first month of operation for the Cabin. I suspect a high percentage of our 'members' aren't really members, just -- again, as you said -- people who 'signed up' but then never returned after their initial perusal of the site. And in June of 2016, there really wasn't a lot of content on the site, since we'd just started. It make me wonder if we should 'purge' the system of some of those really old members.
