Hey McCuen !!!
Well, I kind of fell into this one. I found it on Letgo.com this morning for $140 and sent a message, saying if it was still available I'd like to see it. I think 97 people had already seen it, so I didn't think I had a chance. 6 hours later I got a message back saying "yes have so many people interested in it". I replied "Oh well, I guess I'm far down the list". He replied "who ever comes with the money first". So I asked for the address, which he sent, and said we'd be there in 30 minutes. We got there first. He said he had one other person coming, who never got there while we were there.
I'm finding this model online for $450 (kind of beat up) to $850 (wishful thinking on Reverb). Since it has minimal fret wear and only a few small dings, I'd say it's worth about $600.
It was made in Westerly, Rhode Island. I've driven thru there a couple of times. Fender bought Guild in 1995. In 2001 they moved all production to Corona, California.
It has a solid spruce top, solid mahogany sides, a laminated arched mahogany back, 1-11/16" nut with 1-7/16" string spacing, and 2-1/8" string spacing at the saddle.
And it sounds pretty good. He said he put new strings on it. They look to be 80/20. It could use the warmth of Elixir Nano PB's. The uncompensated saddle looks to be in backwards as the saddle is higher on the treble side. And the action is a bit high overall with plenty of saddle.

Do I need another guitar?? No. But it sounds pretty good and will sound and play better when I'm done with it. If I end up not liking it I should be able to sell it for $400 on CraigsList or probably get $300 from Guitar Center.
These are his pictures.
You can sort of see the arched back.
The headstock will look better once I replace the strings and cut them off.
