 Yes thanks, the photos do not really show, but their is a clear high gloss finish, that lets the Bog Ash wood grain, show through.
 What caught my eye in the guitar shop was a Fender Stratocaster, with exactly the same finish, with maple fretboard and neck, and black pleckguard, looked almost identical, the main difference was the price, the Fender was over £700 my Cort was less than £200, and I am very pleased with the sound/tone, and playability of the new Cort. 😁

Cort are the largest manufacturers of guitars in the world, most of there guitars are manufactured for other guitar companies, under there name/headstock logo, for example Squire guitars are manufactured by Cort.
Only a small percentage of Cort manufactured guitars, carry the Cort name on the headstock.

Not just saying this because it's my new Guitar, but it is a real good looking guitar in the flesh, photos never show the real beauty, well my photos don't.
 Didn't go out to by a new Guitar, but in the guitar shop saw this great looking guitar, it was a Fender Stratocaster, picked it up and had a little play, very nice, thought to myself if this guitar was a lot less than the £700 price, I could be very tempted. So as I hung the Fender back on the rack, then I saw the Cort Guitar, at first thought it was another Fender, the same colour ect, as the Fender I had been playing, then I saw the price tag, less than £200 so pluged it in, and to my ears sounded as good as the Fender. The Cort quality is first class, the rest is history. 😀

Somewhere in the past, I have had one or two Cort Acoustic Guitars, and found them to be excellent value for money guitars.
At one time a few years ago, Cort Guitars were quite popular and available in the UK,
but have become less available in recent times.
This is the first Cort Electric Guitar that I have owned, model is G200DX, so part of the
G-series, and yes it's excellent quality, and value for money, it also sounds very good too.
And It's not uncommon to hear some people say, "my guitar sounds as good as a guitar, costing two or three times the price", but this Cort Electric Guitar actually does.
