Thanks, it actually sounded semi decent while recording through the 160 watt monitors but once they're out of the picture it sounded like a $20 guitar playing through a $10 cassette player. Just be glad I didn't sing. And yes Tony..it was mono

(Trying to get in before TonyKgull) -- I had a friend who had mono once; it took weeks to recover!

It actually sounded very good when talking about the fidelity. I was just distracted for about half of it cuz I actually thought maybe there was something wrong with my speakers. LOL.

Seriously though, I encourage you, if you have the time, to do more! It's a lot of fun and very satisfying when done. I SO wish I had the time right now cuz got a few songs I wanna record and bunch I want to re-record to finish my "2nd" album. But alas, no time right now.

So, if you have the time, trust me, go for it!

Really? Weird. To me, at the start, it sounded almost like it could have been a classical guitar. But then I realized, or maybe I'm wrong so ancient1, correct me here if I am, but I believe you are playing with the pads of your fingers (like I do) and not using finger nails or other hard picking devices.

Haven't tried playing through the amp then using the mic. This is all foreign to me, just now scratching the surface on recording. A lot of trial and errors ahead.
