Hey folks
Never posted in this section before, so here are some pics of the guitars I've owned, and a few words to describe each. I dont have a pics of the Takamine acoustic bass, my first Cort strat, and my first guitar which was a Washburn D10.
The Seagull Artist Mosaic - cedar over hog dread - "Warm n fuzzy"Â
The Garrison AG500ce - Sitka spruce / American Sycamore - "bright n stripey"
Yamaha C40 classical - Wrote many a song on this cheap Yami, just becasue its always accessible - "The reliable one"
My second Cort G series strat. Not as good as the first. - "Thy E string of doom" - Flipped it in 2 days.Â
Fret King Elise GG - EX339 clone with a P90 and a piezo. "Funky as" - But too complicated
My son with a Yamaha RBX170 - I loooooved this passive bass. Would buy another one tommorow!
Sigma solid top dread with cutaway - Not sure what its model number is. Good guitar for the money but we didnt bond.
Another Cort - M570 solid body with two P 90's. Nice guitar, but a bit too racous on the dirt for my tastes. I like creamy dirt or jangly dirt. This was more like scremy dirt. A punk rockers dream but not for me. Played well. A good guitar. We didnt bond.Â
Alvarez Ap70e - 00 size, short scale. This has replaced the cheap Yamaha classical as the most useful guitar I own. I love it!!!Â
Warwick Streamer "Bolt on" bass - The precursor to the Streamer LX. German made. "The smooth one". Its a lotta bass for the likes of me. I'm hoping I grow into it. So far, so good. If not, im buying a P bass, or going back to the Yamaha passive bass, becasue it was soooo goood!
A Cort Earth 70. A cheapish solid top guitar with a nice finish. Not bad for the price. The Sigma was better in both tone and playability. This thing played horrible. Flipped it in 3 weeks. Â
The Telecaster of delight - Nuff said!
The Larrivee OM40 - My medium sized midsy sounding strummer, that is the most awesome folky stage acoustic I have ever come across. Its a keeper for sure!
