You CAN install a 10cm Lutehole in the slightly smaller sound holes of Seagulls and others but it takes some cutting and filing.
First off, be aware that the 10cm that Lutehole and its knockoffs specify is the size of sound hole. Martin uses that size. The inside diameter of the soundhole cover is less as there is a foam rubber ring glued on the inside to hold the cover in place.
Once we take care of filing to clear the fingerboard if it overhangs soundhole we can proceed to trim the foam evenly, esting fit each time until the cover fits snuggly.
As you can see by the pictures, you will need to trim a lot!. The foam is easy to cut but the glue is tough and holds on to some foam.
