Yep, another one... Bob Dylan's "Make You Feel My Love" or, at least, my take on that tune. As always, one take leaving in all my vocal and guitar mistakes (just like playing live!) And since I've re-arragned my basement studio and set it up better, I've run the guitar through my pedal board's chorus effect on this one.

Nice one Sleigh. You did a great job.
I've always loved this tune. My youngest brother Dave lost his battle with cancer in 2011 and we played a tape at his funeral of him singing this song. It's always held a special place in my heart.

I'm honestly not a fan of Bob Dylan singing his own stuff, but—damn—he writes great tunes and lyrics.

Reminds me of a review of a Randy Newman album that I read decades ago. The reviewer commented that Randy Newman writes some fantastic songs that you wish somebody else was singing. But speaking of Bob, one listen of his Christmas album could make anybody feel a lot more comfortable with their own voice.

What I like in the variation I'm using of the pattern is how the bass descends a half-step with every measure. Here's that pattern in my preferred key: D | A/c# | Am/c | G/b | Gm/Bb (essentially a Gm7) | D/a | E/g# Gm6 | D
