I like the sound of that. I have always rated Waldens. For me they are up there with Alvarez and Seagull.

Ive never played an Eastman, so not sure about those, but would gather in the same ball park.

The guitars look cool and sound like they have some nice resonance.  It may just be my headphones or the way they were recorded, but they sound a bit "dry" if that makes any sense.  Not necessarily a bad thing though.

The Baritone however, I don't know if it's just the guys play style or what, but I heard a larger than acceptable (to me anyways) amount of buzzing going on.

Overall though, Waldens seem pretty cool.  Never seen one in the wild so my guess is that they are not sold around these parts, but if I ever see one, I'll have to try one.......if only just to experience them with my own hands and ears. 

I will driving from Ohio down to a music store in West Virginia on Monday to demo both a G2070RCE as well as a G3030RCE Walden.  I'm fairly certain I will be coming home with one of those two guitars.  I have only played a few of their "lower-end" models, (500 and 600 series) but was astounded at the clarity of tone their cedar tops produce. Before finding the Waldens I had been looking at both Alvarez as well as Seagulls and had played several of each. IMHO the Waldens are far superior to both.  If you follow the link to their website (that someone has already posted here), you can see for yourself.  For a well made, all solid wood guitar they are hard to beat.  The two models I am going to look at are their top of the line.  With hard shell case, they sell for $899 and $1,099 respectively . . . When you see what you get for that kind of money, I think you will understand why I am willing to drive 4 1/2 hours to play them in person.
