Tony might be a bit quick to OK the flip flops. I think that kind of depends on what a fellers feet look like. Most of us "old men" are not known for our foot modeling. Unless its a commercial showing how strong the clippers are or a new hammer toe treatment.
I keep getting slippers for Christmas, I think they are trying to tell me something. My wife keeps telling me socks with sandals is sexy, but I don't know...

I agree about men's feet being exposed- which is why I RARELY wear mine other than at home-
I actually have a pair of First Nations, hand made, deer skin moccasins that I literally only wear when I go to "cabins" up north. They're my "cottage slippers."
They're still in pristine condition cuz I've only gotten up north to a cottage about 6 times in the last 8 years since I bought them, but I'm hoping they'll get more use when all the crises in my life are over.......hopefully.
