We did get to take part in a Christmas gig of sorts after all!
This was at a little log Church built in the 1800's. We have a monthly meeting there about 8 months out of the year. This was the last Service till spring.

Derick , I feel like these are going to be around for a few years. I think they will sell a lot of them. My Epi AJ45 Masterbuit is really a great guitar, it sold me on the J45 and on all solid wood. I have played it almost three years, it just keeps getting better and better. One of my grand-kids will love it.

My new Gibson J45 is "only" a studio version, I like the slightly slimmer build and I really love the Walnut. I have yet to do a string change on it, but it already is starting to break in nicely. To not be a standard it sure sounds a lot like one. It is still pretty "green" SN say it was built the latter part of August this year. It is pretty reactive to temperature changes, have to tune a bit more when transporting. But so was the AJ for the first six months-year.

I have always wanted a good Hummingbird. My uncle taught me my first chords on his 1962 Hummingbird. It was really a one of a kind guitar. He had a band for years and that guitar saw a lot of use, it was sweet as honey. Worth a mint, his daughter has it.
