Old (Sweden) Levin/Goya guitars

  Here's Pete Townsend with a Levin LM-26 (the Levin version of the Goya M-26)

This is the Goya that Julie Andrews played in The Sound Of Music. 
This guitar was called a "folk guitar" and had a slotted headstock, but a pin bridge and position markers.  Levin said that it could be fitted with either nylon or silk & steel strings.  I believe the Sound Of Music guitar had nylon strings.  Some of these were fitted with white pick guards like the ones on Oscar Brand's guitar.
This is Oscar Brand with his Goya.  Oscar also played a Goya 12-string.

One of my favourite guitar players Stefan Grossman, was lucky enough to see him playing live, at a place called Leek about ten miles from were I live.

 That made me remember that I have seen John Renbourn play live, my what a fantastic guitar player he was, had me totally mesmerized for over an hour, at the end of his set, I shook his hand and checked to see if he only had four fingers and one thumb on each hand.

"I gotta brand new pair of roller skates...you gotta brand new key." Talk about an ear worm of a song!

jimbutler, What size of guitar body is that "Grand Concert" similar too?

It looks close to a typical Folk size or maybe even like a Concert Hall from Godin, but hard to tell from the pics.  I'm just guessing here, but it doesn't look like the same size as a Grand Concert from Taylor because the upper bout looks too big.  But again, tough to tell from the pics.

Inquiry minds would like to know.
