It looks like a Seagull headstock and maybe a seagull inlay at the 12th fret making it an Artist model but the pick guard, binding and rosette look different.

The wings seem to be concave at the ends and not convex. I stand to be corrected though.

Definitely not a Seagull. I tried gooooogling stuff to see if I could find out what that guitar is, but to no avail. I did find a couple of pics of him playing a Cole Clark though (looked like the FL2 or 3) so we know he has good taste in guitars!
