I still prefer Waylon's version, but I enjoyed The Stones. Ronnie sounded a bit lost on the steel, but it's certainly not his main instrument.
I was surpised not to hear, "Ah-Haa!" in either version. You can't do a Bob Wills song without that.

Jerry Lee's piano reminds me of a yard sale fiddle I modified into an electric and painted for my son, Darcy, when he was 10 or 12, over 30 years ago.
