Today I was asked if I wanted to buy a Martin D45, for £400.
It looked a great guitar, never Played a real Martin D45, and to date I still haven't.
To cut a long story short it was a Chinese fake copy, the person who asked me if I wanted it, didn't try to pass it off as the real thing, and told me it was a Chinese fake copy.
But to look at it was a great looking guitar.
No I didn't buy it, not may style of guitar, and it just didn't feel right buying a fake, the strange thing I have a Sigma J45 clone, and have no problem with owning that guitar.
Out of curiosity I looked on the Internet, and these fake guitars can be bought from China, with free postage and packaging for £230, amazing how they do it for so little money.
