The Hidden Problem with Seagull Guitars

Yup...I have two Seagulls...a S6 and a S6 Folk, an AL AMI, and a SP MJ...all from the pre epoxy days. Once Godin went the epoxy route, I lost interest in their guitars...musical instruments shouldn't be designed to be disposable...

I think that would have to do with tuning, string gage, and certainly environmental variables.

There was someone in this group that had a problem not long after they started doing this.  

Last year I sold my 2006 Artist Portrait.  I lowered the saddle once and there was enough left for another.

I have a 2009 & two 2010 models that are doing OK.  But they never get played.
