In case any of you are in the market, you should know that James Taylor's childhood home in Chapel Hill, NC goes on the sealed bid auction block soon.

Taylor lived from age three through high school on the 23 wooded acres in the 4,000 sq ft Mid-Century Modern house that is actually "half a mile up from Morgan Creek".
Hope one of our more affluent forum members buys it, because word on the street is that after the auction, the house will be demolished and the acreage sub-divided. Sadly recalling the lyrics ... "Once I tried to go back as if I could ... all spec house and ply-wood ... tore up, tore up good ... down on Copperline."
