It's a nice guitar but you sure don't find a whole lot about them on line. No reviews. Nothing on the Seagull website for that matter. Mine has the 1.80 nut width and I believe the Concert Hall's now have a 1.72 nut. Is this something that Godin only made for a short period? Maybe it wasn't doing so well for them so they maybe discontinued them?
What market isn't demanding wider necks? Martin has been going wider. Why would Seagull be going away from them? It's one of the things they were known for, along with cedar top, which they're also going away from. And the awesome mini jumbo shape!!
I heard Robert Godin is not happy with some of the decisions his sons Simon and Patrick have made.
wooly, It was the Concert Hall version of the Seagull Mahogany Deluxe A/E. All specs the same I believe except for the body size. So anything you want to know about it, just check the info on the dread, and it'll be the same for your guitar, again, except for the body size.
===================================== One Alvarez in the hand is worth two Taylors and a Martin in the guitar store!
