RobertW, and how bout land lines?  When people used to actually talk to each other!  The only text you could send was hand written, folded, put in an envelope and a stamp "splitcsh, slap!" stuck on er and mailed away!

The women, ooooh the women would "bring home the bacon, fry it up in a pan, and never, never, never let you forget you're a MAN!"  They had long hair and no tatoos and no scrap yards sticking through half their bodies!

And the cars weren't built by the engineers from the Enterprise!  If something went wrong, you could actually open the hood a fix it yurself!  No need for silicon valley to diagnose it before you could even find the problem!

RobertW, just found that about my hub caps as well.  Just bought a car in March.  Wanted to change the hub caps to something nice.  Then I was like, "What?!  I gotta unbolt all the tires to do this??!!"  Yeeesh!

Thankfully, I can still check the oil, but not the tranny fluid anymore.  No tranny fluid stick in my car.  I miss the old cars.  I do like this car though.  Drives like a dream and is great on gas.  Turns on a dime and is super quiet on the highway.  Nice suspension too.  So all in all, still very happy with her.
