Perusin reverb I see a lot of acoustic guitars with tail pieces- what do y'all think about those, and why?

Seems to me they would relieve some issues while creating other ones- no? yes?

Also seems the sounds produced might be different since steel is in play and not just wood and saddle material- guess I need to watch some you tube videos- better late than never, huh-

My Vintage VE5000SB-12 has a tailpiece and floating bridge, as did my Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin II.

Restringing can become quite the project, and one needs to make sure one's bridge is always in the right place - but, they are cool! 😎

Can't think of any guitars that I had with a floating bridge, but all my Mandolins had floating bridges, never found then a problem to set up.
