Repair - Late 1960's Harmony H1270

Another cool repair. A not too common Harmony 12 fret 12 string with a trapeze tailpiece and a double saddle bridge!! yamahavintagefg.boards.net/thread/420/customer-repair-harmony-sovereign-string The guitar looked to be UNPLAYED!! Not a single pick mark on the top!! But, it must have been sat/stepped on because there were a few loose braces, and lots of finish cracks on the top. So I glued the braces, did a neck reset, refret, fret level, opened saddle slots and made new saddles. This was a challenging one that I enjoyed.
AND!! Last week I found another one that I should have in a couple of days!! 3 of the tuner gears are missing, so I bought some new tuners from Stew Mac, they have a better ratio (15:1 vs. 12:1). And I already know to rework the bridge and make new saddles. Like I need another project!!
