Saying I'm disappointed would be an understatement. After the glowing reviews of the Paige 12 string capo, I expected a superb product. That may have been true some years ago. It's not true now.
ed: I ordered the Capo directly from Paige, expected decent service and quick turn around, I got neither.
As I described in this group, the problems with my order started early, with neither a confirmation of order nor any way to check status of order on website even when logged in.
When it finally arrived, it was not completely assembled, in that the rings were not installed and flew all over the carpet when I opened the package.
Over a period of 3 weeks I sent a full description of my problems including the above pictures...twice. I have recd no response.
What a waste of time and money PAIGE has proven to be.
There is no point asking for a refund, as they DO NOT RESPOND to customers.
I going to try to find some properly sized tubing, otherwise, this capo is going to be tossed. And I will have something negative to say about Paige for a long time to come.

well, I found a lube that worked. Motomaster Silicone Lube. And in my tool box found a tiny wrench that gave me the ability to push 3 sides of the rings at same time.
I DRENCHED the rings and bar in silicone and used the wrench to position them.
Added the little wrench to my guitar tool box. I have no clue what it was for originally.
This took 1/2hr of work, I should bill Paige Musical for time and materials. I think $10 would be reasonable, considered their lack of response to the incomplete assembly issue.
ed: Thoughts Today (2016)
I finally did get the rings on, but had to remove them and cut the ragged edges of the tubes so there would be at right angles to the tube.
Even so it was extremely aggravating to use, the CLIK design is a failure, the Wire hoop flexes as you push in the ratchet pin, causing the pressure pad to move from center, thereby causing the dreaded string-detuning sideways flex..
I came to the realization that all the glowing reviews were for the ORIGINAL 12 String capo, Not for the CLIK 12, which is a fundamentally different design, a design that is MISSING the tethered neck saddle guide that keeps the neck saddle centered.
Original CliK
The CLIK is NOT recommended.
Paige is NOT recommend because of it non-responsive customer service,
If you MUST buy a Paige, buy it from AMAZON where you have an A-Z refund.

ed: I had been lead to believe by both product pictures and users of the capo that it should have arrived fully assembled.
The rings themselves were cut raggedly and of uneven length.
ed: very unprofessional parts preparation!
Try as i might, I was unable to get even one ring on. I tried soapy water, mineral oil and even stretching the ring with needle-nose pliers. There are no instructions on either the package or the website regarding ring installation.
