I've never been a terribly good guitar player, but have always dabbled since taking lessons when I was 12. Still have my Vantage Flying V from back then (1982) when it was all Iron Maiden / Van Halen for me.
I've owned a few different guitars over the years but nothing other than the Flying V for the last 5-10.
Picked up a Seagull today - very early model likely from 1982. Serial 2092.
I'm going to reach out to Godin to find out more, but one curiousity is the lack of logo on the headstock. It is certainly the right shape and is original so far as I know.
Now I just need to toughen up my fingertips
