As I predicted last year, the case has the exact same outside dimensions as all the other TRIC cases.
The difference is in the moulding/padding inside. They have also added two bumpers in the cover over either end of the gear box. Hopefully that is Godin addressing my complaint of guitars rattling around in my last review.
While it is economical for Godin to only need to produce one size case, it is a wasteful design.
Here's a Seagull Grand in the case.
Fit is perfect, but case is too long
Here's is an Ibanez Artwood Parlor2 in the case.
Needs an extra 1" thick padding all around the body.
Personally I prefer outside of case to reflect the size of what is inside, gives you an idea of which guitar is in which case. With TRIC's abborance to stickers, you are going to need luggage tag to marked which is which.
I did not buy the 99$ TRIC case. I got another 76$ classical size case so i can do this instead.
