Hallo everybody, this is my first post here so i'd like to introduce myself: i am a 41 years old italian fingerpicker, i love country blues guitar and, at the moment, my only acoustic guitar is a Blueridge BR-341 that i love for its voice and playability (wide nut & wide string spacing at saddle).
Lately i've been thinking of adding a more versatile guitar to my small "stable" and the S6 cedar top model got my attention: it has a wide nut (fingerpicking-friendly) but it seems quite good for strumming too, moreover i got the chance to play the s6 original in a shop two days ago and i must say i was impressed by its responsivness when fingerpicking and good tone.
The Seagull S6 original nowadays costs € 500 (more or less) in Europe and i have the chance to get a new coastline s6 cedar GT for € 200 less: i'd like to ask to you all, seagull experts, if there is any difference soundwise and in playability between those two models. Thank you guys
