I'll take a guess. Performer Cutaway mini-jumbo maple. The problem I see is that it has no QIT electronics. Did they make that one without electronics? Oh well. Doesn't cost anything to guess.

At 5:34 you can see preamp.
At around 6:20 she adjusts the preamp

There's only one guitar that looks like that from Godin. And, it has to have a pickup because they don't come without them.
